If you are ordering your pets’ tags and/or collars from any other retailer, please provide the below format information to your retailer to ensure that the tag and/or collar is formatted properly.
Please ensure that you are providing your retailer with your pets’ saved tracking numbers. The below highlighted tracking numbers, for your pet, can be found within your pets’ profile under Tracking & Insurance. Also, confirm with your provider that they are able to print special characters such as periods (.), dashes (-) and colons (:).
*Line 2 text for your pets’ MPC Security Number can be found within your pets’ profile under Tracking & Insurance. Line 1 and 3 text should not be changed.
**Line 1 and Line 2 text for your pets’ Rabies ID / Vet Tag # and phone number can be found within your pets’ profile under Tracking & Insurance. Line 1 text should always include the word Rabies: Line 3 text should not be changed
For example, the above format is 15 characters for line 1. If the ID # is 1234, the total characters needed for the Rabies: would be 12 (8 for “Rabies: ” including the space after the colon) and (4 for the ID # “1234”) = Rabies: 1234.

Most custom tag retailers allow a maximum of 15 characters for each line. Our MPC tags include a maximum of 15 characters and 4 lines of text to allow the pet owner to include their pets’ name.
