Use of Funds:
Driving Impact at Villa Licci
1. Resident Support Services - 30%
- Enhanced funding for contracted external services such as transportation, counseling, therapy, and rehabilitation.
- Access to life skills coaching and personal development workshops.
- Villa Licci will not be a direct provider of medical or rehabilitation care. However, Villa Licci will facilitate access to these services independently provided by others. Access may include elements such as:
- References to health care providers.
- Treatment areas for health care providers to meet with Villa Licci residents.
- Space for researchers to assess Villa Licci residents who may participate in studies involving TBI survivors.
- Office space that may be rented by Health Care practitioners to provide on-site services.
2. Skilled Staff - 20%
- Compensation for support staff, facilitators, and administrative personnel directly contributing to resident well-being.
- Emphasis on hiring highly skilled personnel for resident engagement and program implementation.
3. Community, Social Spaces, & Outdoor Recreation- 40%
- Investment in creating vibrant community spaces with regular social activities, workshops, skill-building programs, fitness facilities outdoor areas, and events to enhance the quality of life.
