Orion Real Estate Partners Acquires 110-Units near University of Denver

A joint-venture partnership between Orion Real Estate Partners (“Orion”) and RSE Capital Partners (“RSE”) announced today the acquisition of Asbury Plaza Apartments in Denver, CO.

The 110-unit apartment community is ideally located directly off I-25, the main north-south thoroughfare in Denver, and only minutes from the University of Denver. Additionally, Asbury Plaza is centrally located between downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center (DTC), the two largest employment hubs in Denver.

One of the main attractions for the residents of this community is the 10-minute walk across a pedestrian bridge to the Colorado/I-25 Light Rail Station that is located within the Colorado Boulevard Retail and Employment Corridor, an office submarket with 13.5 mm square feet and the fourth largest office submarket in the Denver Metro.
